"As a consumer that loves your products, i recently bought your Joseph Joseph Spiro Hand-held Spiralizer. Im sorry to say that it broke 2nd time of using. It is flimsy, hard to use, and no where near the quality i am used to with your product. I bought it in Dunelm, who refused to replace, or refund as i nolonger have the packaging or receipt."

"This looked great, good quality, attractive. But to actually use, it was so disappointing. The veg kept slipping around in the top because I needed to press down so hard to get the graters/spiralisers to engage with the veg. Lots of veg ended up squashed and wasted. I do not recommend this at all. Unfortunately, I had to destroy the packaging in order to get the item out and use it. So I’m not sure that it’s worth me sending it back or trying to get a refund."
