"Possibly a bit unfair but my overall experience with Joseph Joseph isn’t great. Had to chase my order of four items, was assured it was on the way after some kind of issue. Arrived with only three items, this was the item missing. Enquired and reassured that it would be coming. Enquired again after a week to find out it’s out of stock and was given a refund."
