Product fine, horrendous courier and customer service experience; not worth it
"Even though J&J offer a delivery in a few business days, it took forever to get my delivery as they couldn't leave it in safe space (required signature), then claimed I wasn't home in the delivery window (even though I made special arrangements to be there), then delivered partial order without realising parts of it were missing. Every single time I had to chase customer service to make the next stage happen. Almost impossible to get a person on the phone so waited hours to get a response from the chat. Promises made by customer service were not followed up / didn't materialise. Makes me appreciate companies with excellent customer service and I go out of my way to leave a good review when I have a positive experience, even if it is to resolve a problem. Exhausting experience. No compensation offered. Will never order directly from J&J again."
Not bad if you have thin doors
"It's a good sturdy item that could probably hold a number of heavy bags, unfortunately the hook/bracket that goes over the top of the door isn't wide enough so I am unable to use it. Will give it away as none of my doors are thin enough to hang it. Make sure to measure the width of the door before ordering"
