"I gave this product "three stars" only because ONE of the two containers (the GREY one, . . . in 3 SEPARATE orders, . . . didn't function as described. However, Customer Service was an absolute pleasure to deal with. . . . I do love the designs on this website!!!! (I actually bought a THIRD set because they fit SO NICELY in my small microwave. with an approx 6" ceiling. ) The orange ones all seemed to work just fine! (Again, the grey ones had the problems not the orange ones. ) I'm not an engineer or a professional designer, however, it would seem that there is more material on one side of the grey container (near the top-grove) so the coordination of the flaps (on the grey one) is "off" . . . I give the DESIGN FIVE STARS !!!!!! I give the ORANGE ONE FIVE STARS!!!!! (The grey container has a manufacturing problem. ) Yes, I would definitely recommend this product. The convenience and signature design are well worth the price, even just for one!"

Ineffective mess

"Purchased this from a third party store and it never came with the measuring cup. Even with following the directions to keep the kernels at the correct level, popping is inconsistent at best. One lid stays folded down and does not raise as it should and there are both popped and unpopped kernels all over the microwave."

Lid won’t stay closed

"Difficult to keep lid closed and if you can get it closed, popping popcorn will push it open and I have popcorn all over my microwave. Waste of money."

Miracle machine for popcorn lovers

"I can’t believe how well this worked! You need to follow instructions and only fill up to the maximum level and no more or less. For me, it was the fluffiest popcorn with no oil and minimal clean up. No longer have to buy microwave popcorn or use the hob and it’s healthy too!"

Wished for better

"Very excited when ordering. I thought they would make fun gifts for kids. Unfortunately, for these to be able to fold they have a very thin membrane in that area and one of them was extremely thin and tore the first time it was washed."

"Bought them, absolute trash. They're just another way to sell silicone. If anyone cracked the code to popping corn in the microwave they wouldn't still be using those massive contraptions at movie theaters. Simple as."
