LID IS SO HARD TO TAKE OFF
"it is easy to fill up, and relatively easy to put the lid on. When I take the ice cube tray out the freezer the lid is impossible to come off!!! It takes maybe 10 minutes of trying to get the lid off, which takes away from the fact that the ice comes out very easily. After taking the ice out (which I have to admit is very easy to come out the lid won't go on because the ice residue is in the middle."

"Design is great . . large cubes . Easy to remove . . just a point that when replacing the lid after taking a few cubes out. . the residue ice in the tray inhibits the lid going straight back on. . but maybe I’m not using it right. It’s new. Like it’s easy of refill and extraction. Slightly better I think than the other tray with the push tabs underneath."

No respect for customers
"I have just an received email inviting me to review this, despite the fact that the item is not even showing as dispatched almost 3 weeks after placing order. No updates and no response after contacting customer services. This is unacceptable and will make me very hesitant to order from Joseph Joseph website in the future. A recent generic email from CEO to customers blaming their delivery partner seems disingenuous given the sorry lack of customer service which is surely the responsibility of Joseph Joseph. Any increase in orders before the critical Christmas period should have been planned for in order not to let customers down."
