"Have used these for several years expensive but good quality and do the job Wish I could say the same about my new bin🙁 Bought previous bin 10 years ago again expensive but other that it going rusty around lid was brilliant have just replaced and quality has gone down significantly, flimsy and recycling bin does not well unfortunately I unpacked and discarded packaging before I examined it properly (my bad) so I have kept it but cannot see it lasting like first bin."

"Bin liners are fine, shame I can't say the same about the bin!!! Delivery was scheduled for 4 days waited and waited. Cannot contact JJ customer care, as no response to our e mails. Bin arrived !!! Left outside without us opening the door!! Bin top scratched. £164, think i will buy tower next time, shame as I have always bought JJ products."
