"Not happy with the quality of this item, it's mostly plastic with very little steel. For the price, I expected much better. The spout is fixed to the body, it can't be pulled out like in other models. You have to keep the item very close to the edge of the sink. . . the washing water will be spattering on the drainer. "I bought this dish rack to replace a two-tier model I had before. It definitely looks nicer, and while it’s also two-tiered, it’s much more compact. That’s great if you’re short on space, but for me the upper shelf feels a bit too low, and the overall capacity and design could be more efficient. The small rack for wine glasses is a nice touch, but I would have preferred a slot for a cutting board instead."

"Chunky and really not functional. If you have a taller mug, it doesn't fit well on the bottom rack, and you have to twist your hand to reach it, so it is rarely used. Not a useful piece, overpriced, at £85 and stains like no other after only a one week (!) use! Really disappointed. I will return."

"Lovely dryer, easy to assemble. I love the drainage spout. The glass dryer bit was sp slippery when wet that I lost 3 glasses that just fell off and smashed. My husband sanded the curves down and now it works well"
