"The product is fantastic and even a talking point when people have visited our new kitchen. However, I would be remissed if I didn't mention the fact that the trigger on our model became lodged and as a result jammed and only a puddle of cleaner came out. However, the customer support has been brillaint and offered a replacement item."

Flawed product design

"The spray bottle always leaks when connected to the mop. It does not leak at all when it is not connected. When I push the bottle into place on the mop, I can see air bubbles continuing to rise inside the bottle long after it's been connected. Moving the mop back and forth on the floor causes liquid to slosh out of the seam between the bottle and the gray plastic connection point. This happens regardless of whether the spray trigger is being used or not."

"Far superior mop to ( can I say the name ? Flash ) no batteries required and great mop head to deal with all floors and nooks and crannies. . Fantastic product like all Joseph Joseph goods."

Faulty Spray Mechanism renders this mop useless after a few months.

"Unfortunately, after 8 months of use, the spring-loaded sprayer mechanism on the mop broke, so it would no longer spray water. However, I submitted a claim on the Joseph Joseph website, and they sent me a replacement. Now, a second mop I bought about 6 months ago has developed the same problem, which means I am going to submit a claim again. They are guaranteed for two years, but the guarantee from the faulty mop carries over onto the replacement, which means that at some stage, when it breaks, they won't replace it. I've read many other reviews about the same faulty spray mechanism. Unless Joseph Joseph fixes this, these mops won't last long. I would not recommend anyone buy this mop for the time being."

Feels solid, just pull off the pad and put a fresh one on

"I like this. You can use whatever you want in the tank. Easy to push. Didn’t think I would use the scrubber but I have. Comes with a hanger which I haven’t put up yet."

Serious issue with this - every single one of them breaks the same way.

"Functionally it is excellent - it’s super nimble and really quick. Massive fear though - every single one of them breaks at the spray handle level. I’ve had 3 of them now and they have all broken in the same way. Some of them leak a bit too. Credit to J J for replacing under warranty every time but it’s a massive pain to sort out and a shame the product is so compromised. I think they need to accept that every single one of them has a design flaw and pull them from sale. I they brought out a newer improved version I would buy it in a flash. Great when it works"
