"When it arrived, I was surprised that it needed built. I found that process rather challenging, putting parts together then taking a part because it was not the correct way. I was on the verge of giving up and sending it back. However, continued and got it built in the end. It is lovely but I won’t be building another."
Great product but deceptive color
"I ordered a black hamper and got a blue one so I'm a little frustrated with that. The hamper itself works great but the lid is a little awkward. It just plops on top and has nowhere to go so you have to lift it off and hold it to put stuff into the hamper. It does not attach like a trashcan and fold back down. I did not expect to have to assemble it myself, but when I did, it was easy to assemble. The deception about the product color though is really unfortunate as I have tried very hard to make everything in my home match. Having the two section dividers that you can pull out is such a plus to me there is no other similar enough product on the market so I had no choice but to keep what I ordered even though I was lied to about the color. It’s the best hamper I’ve ever had and I am just grateful to have it."

"I had a very specific spot of space in my closet for a hamper and upon researching happened to find that this was exactly what I needed! The separate bags are great for a load each and they slip back into place perfectly. I love the details this brand puts into its products - so practical & handy!! Ok like others said, putting this together was a bit tricky (i couldnt imagine how when ordering but its just getting the cover on. If you have an extra set of hands, even better but I managed on my own pwew. The tote is really nice and sturdy too! It folds super flat only wish it could stay popped up when empty. Either way great duo!!!!"
