- Take extra care when cleaning light-coloured and wooden flooring. We recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first.
- When not in use, do not store water or cleaning solution in reservoir. Do not store mop inside cleaning unit if mop pad is wet.
- Caution: Do not fill reservoir with boiling water or bleach. Concentrated cleaning solution must be diluted to manufacturer's instructions to avoid damage to mop or floor surface.

"I am loving this new way of mopping. It’s literally the difference between having a bath or taking a shower. Your mop is only rinsed with clean water. Plus because of this you need much less water and cleaner. It all comes apart for cleaning and the mop head washed beautifully in the washing machine. My previous Vileda pedal mop from 2023 worked fine, but I had one major issue: the horrible mucky smell in my bathroom afterwards. Even though I changed the mop head regularly, the dirty water left in the bucket + damp mop head would make my whole apartment smell when I got home from work. I keep my bathroom window closed, so walking in to that stench was awful. First thing I'd do is throw the window open. UltraClean has completely solved this. The revolutionary clean/dirty water separation means I'm never putting dirty water back on my floor, and there's no grim leftover water sitting in the bucket. "I’m really impressed with this mop and bucket, it’s just what I needed. The clean and dirty water separation is brilliant, and you can clearly see it lifting dirt. My floors feel noticeably cleaner. I also like that I can add a small amount of floor cleaner to the clean water tank for extra freshness. It feels solid and well made, and it’s very satisfying (if slightly alarming!) to see how much dirt collects in the bucket."
Great mop system
"I purchased this as an upgrade on a basic micro fibre mop I was using which did not have a bucket. I was drawn to the way this cleans and wets the mop while cleaning is in progress. I use a Method liquid floor cleaner which you squirt neat onto the floor and then use this mop with plain water to go over it and clean tiles and wood flooring. It glides easily and is robust enough for you to scrub at tough stains as the Velcro is strong. Once done it’s easy to dry the mop head, empty the water tank and clean the dirty water away. It stores neatly in corner of the utility until next time. One improvement would be somewhere to place your foot on the base to stabilise when inserting the mop head to clean it."

"Wow! What an amazing product! Firstly it’s very easy to set up, it literally takes seconds. I filled the water tank with warm water and some floor cleaner and then I was ready to mop. You dip the mop in 5 times and then just clean the floor. It doesn’t leave the floor soaking wet, but the genius part is that when you refresh the mop, the dirty water is squeezed out into a separate compartment and a little spray inside it, covers the mop with clean water. . The mop is very lightweight, yet gives a brilliant, effortless clean in hardly any time. I have 2 small dogs so it has been very handy to use. An innovative design which simply makes life easier. I never thought I’d ever say this about a mop, but it looks extremely stylish too! It’s also very easy to clean out afterwards and you simply put the mop cloth into the washing machine to clean, so no need to clean it manually and more importantly it’s very environmentally friendly, as you don’t need disposable cloths as other mops use! Quite simply a great product which does exactly what you want it to do, but in hardly any time and gives a great result. I can very highly recommend it!"
Excellent product
"It takes a little to get used to this mop but once mastered it is a breeze. Initially, made the mop head as wet as one would expect from the regular mop wetness. However, the the spray gives the right amount of wetness as it helps to pick up dirt missed by vacuum cleaner. Floor is cleaner, does not have any streaks as a regular mop and floor is not sticky when using plastic type slippers. Ideal for wall cleaning and tiles."

"I found the mop head was too wet, leaving my wooden floors saturated. Also felt the system has a lot of fiddly parts to dry off before storing away. The overall size is nice and compact, and the mop is easy to store. Great idea but could be improved."
