"I bought this product because I thought it would make a great gift. I had to try it out before girting it and as many of the reviewers found out that it does not keep the beverage hot. I mean, at all, which is super sad. It is nice to handle, feels great to hold and sip on. I was wondering if anyone has tried to microwave it . . . Has anyone thought about it? Maybe putting it on a mug warmer, would it melt? I did purchase the cool pinkis-orangy color. Looks great, feels great. Not knocking the product, just want to be transparent that it does not keep you beverage hot, at all."

"The cup is good to drink from and does not leak. I only drink hot water so like the material it’s made from which does not taint the taste, as a metal lined cup would. But disappointed it does not keep the content hot in the way a flask would."

Not all mugs are equal
"Whilst the mug has excellent design and is great to drink from I was disappointed to realise not all mugs are equal. If you want a cup that keeps your drink warm buy the stainless one. The video shows both the BPA free plastic and stainless cup in it showing coffee being poured into it. It was not until I received the Green Plastic one I realised it was not twin wall only the stainless one is. I think the video is a little misleading although if I had read all the text I would have seen that it doesn't say Twin wall against the plastic one."
