"The measurement on line did not reflect the measurement once cutlery was inserted. So although the item fitted in the drawers the drawers would not close once cutlery was in. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get air code return and the customer service is sporadic and has left me days without answers. Very frustrated ."

"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Why wife bought two utensil organizers and they didn't work for us so you would figure the return process would be fairly simple. Completely horrible return policy so you better be sure the item is perfect. Will cost you $30 - $50 ($53 in my case) to ship items back for a refund. Don't be scammed."
