Returns procedure
If you’d like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Returns for reasons other than items being damaged, faulty, or incorrect product will be at the customer’s expense.
Since returns labels are not included in our packaging, you’ll need to arrange the return shipment with us. To begin, please contact our Consumer Care team at info@josephjoseph.com. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process and provide the next steps.
Once your return has been authorized or confirmed:
- Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged, unused, and in a resalable condition, including original packaging where possible.
- Include your order details inside the parcel to help us process your return smoothly.
- As return labels are not included in our packaging, you’ll need to arrange the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- All refunds should be processed within 14 days of the item(s) being received at our warehouse. If you have not received your refund in this time, please contact us with the tracking information for the return so we can investigate and locate the package.
- Unfortunately, we are only able to refund items purchased from JosephJoseph.com. Joseph Joseph products purchased from other retailers should be returned to them directly.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.

How much does it cost?
The cost will be dependent on the carrier you use to return your item(s) and will not be refunded unless the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Original purchase delivery costs will also not be refunded unless the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
We recommend to request tracking information when you send your items back to us as without this we cannot refund goods that are lost in the post.
How do I return a damaged product?
If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Consumer Care team by sending an email to info@josephjoseph.com with some pictures of the item. The team will happy to walk you through the next steps of your return.
